The listing of the company’s shares on the AIM (UK) and the New Connect (PL) will facilitate access to equity capital, pave the way for building the real estate portfolio and extend the dividend base. We plan for a dual listing, which means that our shares will be listed simultaneously on two markets – the AIM international market and the New Connect domestic market. This will provide us with increased liquidity, wider access to investors (including those investing via individual retirement accounts [pol. IKE], individual retirement protection accounts [pol. IKZE]) and the possibility to benefit from the advantages of both capital markets, which will additionally support the development of our company and the achievement of long-term investment objectives.
