Our strategy for value creation, which results from the benefits and opportunities derived from the UK‑REIT framework, is based on the following six pillars:
Legal tax optimisation
Profits are generated without CIT and without capital gains tax (for investors using IKE/IKZE accounts).
Mandatory profit distribution
At least 90% of profits are transferred to shareholders in the form of dividends.
Skilful application of financial leverage
The application of leverage for up to 65% of the assets’ value.
Attractive loan conditions
Obtaining favourable loans upon the purchase of rental properties, granted by UK banks.
Implementation of proprietary property development projects
Possibility of implementing projects (up to 25% of the assets’ value) which increase profits and dividends to be paid.
Operations on two markets
