The main element of CROWDREIT PLC’s strategy is the purchase of rental properties. The company plans to acquire assets both in Poland and in the United Kingdom. At present, the British market is distinguished by more favourable conditions – the lower cost of capital and attractive ratios between the purchase price and potential rental income in selected locations.

Thanks to carrying out its operations in two markets, the company is able to flexibly respond to cyclical fluctuations by using the advantages arising from the differences in market dynamics. Selective expansion makes it possible to diversify risk and maximise rental income, regardless of the conditions prevailing in individual markets.
