Dr Grzegorz Mizerski
CEO
The founder and creator of Crowder SA. He has been engaged in strategic and operations management and project supervision. His expertise also includes sales and PR. He has gained experience in the financial market for over 20 years, and he has been active in the real estate sector for 12 years. He is the founder of Crowder.PRO, a crowdlending platform which enables investing funds in the real estate market. He is the CEO of Versus Capital sp. z o.o., which organises debt financing and creates financial control models. He is the President of the Management Board of the Foundation for Education and Research on REITs, whose mission is to disseminate knowledge about investing in REITs among Polish investors. He is a doctor of economics at the Warsaw School of Economics. His research mainly includes real estate markets.
Piotr Kubalka

He is a chartered accountant in Britain, a business advisor, and an investor in the real estate market in the United Kingdom, with over 20 years of experience and a portfolio consisting of hundreds of personal and client investments. Thanks to his many years of hands-on experience and expert knowledge, he has been effectively advising clients on estimating the investment’s profitability. At present, he focuses on conducting advanced investment training courses, where he shares tested strategies and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market in the United Kingdom and on international markets.
Dr Ludwik Sobolewski
Advisor to the Board
Capital markets expert with international experience. Former president of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (2006–2013) and the Bucharest Stock Exchange (2013–2017). Co-founder and promoter of the NewConnect and Catalyst markets. Doctor of Laws, specialising in corporate governance and the development of financial instruments. Currently a member of supervisory boards, financial and capital market expert, Partner at QualiaAdVisory, Attorney and legal advisor, Author of the book “Po prostu to zrobi” and Advisor to the Board of CrowdREIT PLC.
Dr hab. Mirosław Bojańczyk
Advisor to the Board
He has cooperated for over 20 years with several property development companies, including WAN SA (a fund managed by Morgan Stanley was one of the shareholders). He specialises in business finance, accounting, and business valuation. He is responsible for the financial aspect of all investment projects, starting from land acquisition, development of the business plan, obtaining funding, opening trust accounts and reporting to banks. He has cooperated with the largest Polish banks for real estate financing (PKO BP, mBank, Alior Bank). He is the author of many publications in Polish and English on business accounting and finance.
Piotr Baran
Non-Executive Director
He has many years of experience in managing construction projects, including in the development industry, gained both in Poland and abroad. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. He has been the Vice President of the Wrocław branch of the Polish Association of Developers since 2016. As the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PCG, he is responsible for strategic supervision of the company’s activities, ensuring the implementation of long-term development goals and compliance of activities with the adopted standards and values of the organization.
Marcin Figura

Experienced investor and real estate advisor with over 10 years of experience in the residential and commercial sectors in both the UK and Poland. At CrowdREIT PLC, he is a Non-Executive Director, responsible for the operational coordination of the company in the UK and the development of the investment property portfolio in the UK.
He is an MBA graduate specialising in real estate management and holds credit and insurance advisor certificates. He combines operational knowledge with practical investor experience, effectively executing transactions on local markets and analysing investments through cash flow, risks and capital leverage.
In his role, he supports CrowdREIT in expanding the portfolio within the UK-REIT structure, focusing on operational efficiency, investment due diligence, and local relationships with real estate sector partners,
Konrad Kąkol
Secretary
Attorney, mediator. He gained experience in law firms specialising in economic and international law, as well as in cooperation with foreign entities providing consulting services. He is an expert in company law, M&A transactions and international law. He is a practising foreign lawyer in the United Kingdom who provides advice in the area of English corporate and commercial law to entities operating in England and Wales. He carried out a number of joint ventures with international investors and comprehensive mergers and acquisitions of companies. He also assists entities operating in private equity and VC sectors, including negotiations, the performance of investment contracts and the regulation of collective investment undertakings. He combines his knowledge of commercial and securities law with his knowledge of accounting and financial matters. He is an experienced practitioner of international commercial law. He handled multi-million transactions in medical devices and energy resources sectors, which included external bank financing and multimodal transport.
