He is a doctor of economics and an expert with over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, and specialises in investments, retirement funds and the real estate market. Currently, he acts as CEO of CrowdREIT PLC and Chairman of the Foundation for Education and Research on REITs, actively promoting the idea of REITs in Poland. Since 2010, he has been associated with the real estate market, where he successfully organised debt financing for projects worth over PLN 1.2 billion in total.
Piotr Kubalka

He is a chartered accountant in Britain, a business advisor, and an investor in the real estate market in the United Kingdom, with over 20 years of experience and a portfolio consisting of hundreds of personal and client investments. Thanks to his many years of hands-on experience and expert knowledge, he has been effectively advising clients on estimating the investment’s profitability. At present, he focuses on conducting advanced investment training courses, where he shares tested strategies and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market in the United Kingdom and on international markets.
